"If you are from out of state and want to pursue your dream of owning a Cape Cod home, this is the team to make it happen!  We live in California but always wanted to split our time between the east and west coasts.  We starting watching YouTube videos to narrow down our search and found very helpful videos by Darci and her daughter Tori.  We contacted Darci who in turn introduced us to Nancy, the most perfect Cape Cod Realtor a buyer can have!

On our first trip out, Nancy drove us all over the Cape to help us decide the area(s) that best aligned with our needs.  After that, she was in frequent contact and would give us virtual tours, including driving the neighborhoods, so that our trips east could be limited to "need only".  In fact, by the end we were so comfortable with Nancy and her tours, we literally submitted an offer on our home without seeing it in person.  This was COMPLETELY out of character for us and shows how much trust we have in Nancy!  She and the team continued to be helpful even after the sale including letting us know whom to contact for utilities and prviding requested recommendations for vendors and contractors.
